Rentals are covered by their own terms
Booking, prices, deposits, holds, cancellations, store credit, damage, insurance and the rules for riding and camping are covered by our Rental Terms and the rental agreement and waiver you sign. If anything on this website seems to say something different, the Rental Terms and your signed rental agreement control.
Booking through Checkfront
Book now buttons open our booking system, Checkfront, which shows availability, the full price and every charge before you pay. Your booking and payment are handled through Checkfront under its own terms and privacy policy, as well as ours.
Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate: our fleet, trailers, rules and dates. Things change during the season, so availability, models and details can change without notice. Checkout and your booking confirmation show what you've booked. Photos show the kind of unit or trailer you'll get; your unit may differ in color, graphics or accessories.
Information about the Imperial Sand Dunes, BLM permits, events and weather is offered as a general guide. Check with the Bureau of Land Management and other official sources before you go.
Using the site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and for planning or booking a trip.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, booking system or spam checks, and don't copy the site with bots or scrapers.
